When the green screen appears, please click on GET STARTED 
in the upper right corner. 

On the screen that appears next, click on CREATE ACCOUNT 
at the top of the page.

The next screen will require your email.  After entering your email and verifying
that you are not a Robot, click on CONFIRM.

Now, check your email for a link to register.  Clicking on that link will take you
to a site where you will enter your name, address, email, cell phone
and credit card information.

Congratulations, you are registered
and can now view and bid on items.
